Apply for the Affordable Connectivity Program

Cricket is excited to bring you the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP), a federal program that helps lower the cost of service for qualifying households. ACP provides a benefit of up to $30/mo., or up to $75/mo. on eligible Tribal lands, on your Cricket service. See below for details on eligibility and how to enroll.

Am I Eligible for ACP?

For eligibility details, visit the federal government’s National Verifier. You may qualify if you meet one of the following:

  • Your household income is at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
  • You participate in a qualifying federal assistance program

Important: ACP eligibility is determined through the National Verifier, the federal government’s application and approval process for determining eligibility. Cricket does not determine customer ACP eligibility. If you have questions about your ACP application, including eligibility status, visit affordableconnectivity.gov or call 833-511-0311.

Steps to Enroll

Already a Cricket Customer?

  1. Visit the National Verifier to see if you qualify. Be sure to come back here to enroll.
  2. Once you’ve been approved by the National Verifier, complete the ACP enrollment form. This form will apply the benefit to your Cricket service.
  3. Once your enrollment is complete, we will apply your monthly benefit of up to $30 beginning on your next month’s service.

New to Cricket?

  1. Visit the National Verifier to see if you qualify. Be sure to come back to Cricket to enroll.
  2. If you wish to transfer your benefit from another provider to your Cricket service, please complete the ACP Cricket enrollment form, and we will transfer your benefit for you. Households are limited to one ACP benefit transfer per service month.
  3. Once you’ve been approved by the National Verifier and have filled out the ACP Cricket enrollment form, head to your nearest Cricket store so we can help you enroll in the program.

Need Help? Contact Cricket Customer Support at (844) 246-8364 or visit our Frequently Asked Questions. You or anyone in your household has the option to file a complaint against AT&T (or any other participating ACP provider) via the Federal Communication Commission’s Consumer Complaint Center.
